Ethan Seaberg

Board Member

Ethan is a fifth-generation Red Wing resident and proud to be so.  He has served in leadership roles on the boards of a number of non-profit and charitable organizations including the local United Way, the Hunger Free Kids Network of Every Hand Joined, the former Christian Health Service, St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, and many others.  He is also President of AFSCME Local 737 and a life member of the National Eagle Scout Association.  A graduate of the University of Minnesota and an alumnus of the Blandin Foundation’s Community Leadership Program and Academy for Community Engagement, Ethan is an active Minnesota Freemason having completed a term as the Grand Master of Masons in Minnesota.  He and his wife Karen make the South End of Red Wing their home, and Ethan is often found counting the minutes until he can sing again with the Red Wing Men’s Chorus.  He has been inducted into Red Wing High School’s SOAR Wall of Honor, and first joined the Jones Family Foundation board in 2015.

“Over decades I’ve watched this Foundation grow into a critical part of our community’s charitable, social and entrepreneurial fabric.  What a blessing it is to have this resource here and I’m so thankful to be a part of its work.”
