Ethan Seaberg

Ethan brings extensive experience in community leadership, public service, and charitable work to his role as a member of the Jones Family Foundation. A lifelong resident of Red Wing, he spent a career in public-sector land management, surveying, transportation, and infrastructure. Ethan has served in numerous leadership and governance roles with charitable, civic, fraternal, educational, and community organizations. His involvement includes board and committee leadership in the areas of human services, hunger relief, youth development, community development, philanthropy, and the arts. He is a former labor leader and has extensive experience working collaboratively with public agencies, community organizations, and volunteers. Ethan has also held leadership positions in statewide and national service organizations and has been recognized for his commitment to community service. He joined the Jones Family Foundation board in 2015.
